THIS IS NOT A REPLICA
Featured here is a gorgeous example of a 1959 Los Angeles Dodgers World Series ring. This is a historic World Series for the Dodgers as it was their first win in Los Angeles after moving from Brooklyn. The face of the ring shows an image of a baseball diamond, and around the face of the ring is "Los Angeles World Champions." The left prong of the ring has a raised baseball image with "Bert Wells" inscribed. Wells was a Dodger scout from 1939-79, and he signed slugger Frank Howard and Hall of Fame pitcher Don Sutton. The right prong depicts the Los Angeles City Hall, with a "baseball" in front of it, in downtown Los Angeles - and shows "1959." Also, "Balfour 14K" is stamped inside. The stone on the face is a beautiful half carat diamond. The ring is a size 9.
The condition of the ring is excellent for being so old.
