This is a signed 1934 Goudey Premium R-309 Babe Ruth oversized card. It features a very nice signature on the card. The PSA pop report has a grand total of 3 autographed examples of this card with the easel with this being the 4th. This oversized card has been given the label of altered by PSA which my guess would be the sticky substance on the back looking like it was mouted at some point. Along with that the card has its share of condition issues with corner wear, a crease on the right side of the card with nick, and the back has "year of 1934" written on it along with some paper loss.
 
Overall an amazing display piece on something that hardly even exists.
