This is an original Hall of Fame plaque card featuring a very nice Babe Ruth cut autograph. The cut auto has been affixed to the plaque card using acid free mylar corners as to preserve the autograph and ensure no adhesive was used on the signature itself. It is a very nice signature that came from a check.
