This is an oversized 8x13" original photo signed by Babe Ruth coming over to a fan who was at the game watching in a stretcher in the stands at Detroit's Navin Field. The photo is just one of a seemingly endless amount showing how charitable Ruth was both on and off the field. It does have its condition issues but offers a fantastic autograph on an extremely scarce oversized photo. It's also been framed nicely with archival materials.
